Authoring Safety Data Sheets

Our country-specific expertise
The creation of SDSs is not an easy task and can only be done by specialists in this field. The Dutch or English SDS is used as a basis for SDS for foreign countries. SDSs for foreign countries must be translated into the desired language and must comply with national requirements.
The SDS is composed of various sections. Some parts of the SDS contain country-specific information, such as:
– Section 1: contains information about country-specific poison control centers (see poison control centers)
– Section 8: provides information on national limits for ingredients
– Section 15: deals with specific national legislation
It is crucial that all information in an SDS is accurate for each country. Therefore, our specialists not only check the SDS for proper language use, terminology, and correct laws and regulations, but also for country-specific information from national authorities and/or institutes.

In consultation, the SDS is adjusted until it meets the company's requirements while complying with applicable laws and regulations.
5. Final version of SDS
After approval of the concept SDS, the final version is prepared, checked, and sent to the customer.
6. Update service
