Poison Centre

  • The Poison Control Centre (TIS) provides free instructions on how to act and provide first aid in the event of a poisoning. The telephone number must be stated on the SDS.

National product register

  • There is no (additional) national product register.

Detergents

  • Within 45 days after an unclassified detergent is placed on the Czech market, an Ingredient Data Sheet (IDS) for medical personnel must be sent to the Poison Control Centre of the Czech Republic.
    • An account must be created, after approval products can be registered.
    • This obligation applies to:
      • A manufacturer that markets the detergent in the EU in the Czech Republic.
      • A distributor who places the detergent from another Member State on the market in the Czech Republic being placed on the Czech market.
    • Registration is free of charge.
