PCN-notification Slovakia

Slovakia now accepts poison center notifications through the ECHA PCN portal. For companies that have already made submissions to Slovakia via the portal, you will now start seeing the “received” message in the Submission report.

The accepted language Is only Slovak, no English. Fees for notifications are not expected.

Slovakia already accepts also industrial mixture notifications through the portal to help notifiers of industrial use only mixtures prepare for the second compliance date of 1 January 2024.

This makes Bulgaria the only EU country that not (yet) accepts poison center notifications through the ECHA PCN portal. As of this moment, we have no further information about whether they are going to join the portal or not, or a timeframe when they expect to join.
